Subject to the terms and conditions below, MoonGlo Work Light LLC (“MoonGlo”) warrants that products manufactured by it when used as intended and designed, shall be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the applicable Warranty Period of 3 years.
Warranty date starts the date of delivery.
Warranty claims must be submitted promptly to MoonGlo in writing with pictures and returned to MoonGlo at customer’s expense for evaluation. Describing in detail the claimed Product deficiency, defect or failure.
The Warranty does not cover sales tax or any incidental costs, including without limitation: shipping or associated transportation charges, travel to and from repair sites, damages related to the loss of use, lost rentals, re-rental expenses and damage to property, person’s or other equipment.
MoonGlo Work Lights does not cover LED lamps and or Metal Halide Lamps.
Purchaser’s exclusive remedies under this Warranty shall be, at MoonGlo’s discretion: (1) repair; (2) replacement; (3) payment of or credit for the original purchase price of the products. These remedies are expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Products (or part (s) thereof, and do not include the replacement of the entire Product.
The Warranty shall not apply to the extent Product defect has been caused by any of the following: (1) Product operator negligence or intentional misconduct; (2) causality or accident to the Products; (3) use, operation, proper maintenance, and proper inspection each time before put into service of the Products; (4) improper installation, weighting down or securing depending on environmental conditions when being used; (5) proper placement of Product in a safe location as to be clear of all accidents.
Moonglo is not responsible in anyway and shall have no liabilities of improper location and or proper protection of said product when in use or stored.
